A Unique Farm-to-Table Experience

Sunday SupperOur 4th annual Sunday Supper event is just around the corner, so get your tickets now!
Enjoy locally grown food, prepared by local chef’s, in the beautiful and historic farmyard at Probstfield Living History Farm. Our guest chef’s share the inspiration for each of their dishes, and what they hope you will love about each. All funds raised by this event directly support the restoration of the Probstfield family’s log house, the oldest home in the Red River Valley.
This year’s featured chef’s include: Andrea Baumgardner and Paul P. of BernBaum’s, Sara and Eric Watson of Mosaic Foods, Ryan Nitschke of LUNA, Steven Schulz of Toasted Frog, Christian D’Agostino of Barbacoa, Casey Absey of Blackbird Woodfire, Nichole Hensen of Nichole’s Fine Pastry, Greg Stumbo of Stumbeano’s Coffee Bar, Mark Bjornstad of Drekker Brewing Company, and Bernie’s Wine & Liquor.

Limited to the first 100 people, Probstfield Farm is hosting a fabulous evening of community engagement, live music, and delicious local foods prepared by a dream-team of eight local chef’s at just $80 per plate.
